At this time, Copagcard.com ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Copagcard.com ships merchandise Internationally. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed. Copagcard.com reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time. Your satisfaction is very important to us, so please call or e-mail if you have questions. We will do everything reasonable to meet your needs.
- Return Policy: - Damaged Product: We strive to ensure your order is inspected and properly packed for shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately (by e-mail or phone). Ship the order back to us and upon receipt, we will replace it. We will reimburse you for reasonable shipping fees back to us (we use Priority Mail, UPS, Parcel Post) and send the replacement order at no additional expense to you.
- Return Policy: - Unsatisfied: If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, contact us by phone or e-mail. Ship the order back to us within 15 days from date of order. The returned item must be in a sale-able condition.
- If the Cards are opened they are not sale-able, They are not returnable or eligible for a refund. If the cards are returned unopened, we will provide a full refund, less shipping charges. Note: Any items returned after 15 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
